WHAT IS THE POOL OR SPA INSPECTION PROCESS?
1. Book a pool inspection through our website or call 0412 339 982
2. One of our certified pool inspectors will complete the assessment of your pool fences.
3. You will receive a detailed report on the outcomes of that assessment.
4. If further work is required to make the pool fence meet standards, we will provide you with details of the non compliant items, together with possible options of how to rectify and make your swimming pool fence safe and compliant.
5. A Certificate of Compliance will be issued through the New South Wales Swimming Pool Register, once compliance is confirmed.
WHY YOUR POOL OR SPA MAY FAIL A SAFETY INSPECTION...
Non compliant gate latches and/or hinges
Distances between vertical member are greater than 100mm
Distance between bottom rail and ground level is greater than 100mm
Climbable objects abutting the pool enclosure (trees, air conditioning units)
Fence height is below 1200mm
Climbable fence rails on neighbouring fence line
No current pool resuscitation sign secured in a visible location
